Tips:
* Photos must be in JPEG format (.jpg file extension)
* Photos must be less than 2 MB (200KB) in size.
* Include a short description of your photos in the subject line (e.g. beach, birthday). This description will help you organize your photos on the phone.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FOTOSHARE USERS

1. You are registered with FotoShare as _____________@______. You'll need to remember this email should you need to make any changes to your account. We suggest that you keep a copy of this message for your records.

2. Fotoshare will only accept photos sent from _____________@_____ and other email accounts that you specify with the Set Up tool within FotoShare. We suggest that you add any other email accounts that you may have, such as work, school or mail forwarding services. You can also add your friends. and families. email addresses and so they can send photos to your phone.

3. FotoShare DOES NOT store original copies of your photos. We immediately format photos for viewing on the phone and delete the original photo. You should keep copies of your original photos as a back up. FotoShare is NOT an archive service for your photos. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of (or otherwise have the necessary rights to copy, display, transmit and otherwise use) the photos sent, stored or displayed through FotoShare.

4. Vindigo reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of the FotoShare service at any time for cause (including misuse of the service or transmission of unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable material).

5. The FotoShare service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, without warranties or conditions of any kind (whether express, implied or statutory). To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to limit claims for damages or other monetary relief against Vindigo to direct damages. This limitation will apply regardless of the theory of liability (whether fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, personal injury, products liability, or any other theory), and means that you will not claim or seek any indirect, special, consequential, treble, or punitive damages from Vindigo.
